  • Europe has seen a shift from dehydrated onion to fresh & chilled onion for wet food applications
  • Onions are produced in almost all the provinces mainly in Northern and Southern provinces
  • Rwanda is currently producing more than 20,000 MT per year, mainly red, yellow and white onions.
