#ATCE2017: Rwanda tops quality tea competition

Rwanda is among tea producing countries participating in the 3rd Africa Tea Convention & Exhibition taking place in Kenya from 11th to 12th May 2017. Black CTC tea special manufacture competition was part of the activities that is taking place in this event. Eligible Rwanda tea primary grades won the competition, the best Sample: Nyabihu tea factory.

This edition is themed: “Sustainable Tea Farming – an inspiring future for nature, health and rewarding livelihoods.” It is a global event for tea industry organized by the East Africa Tea Trade Association that aims at providing a great opportunity for tea value chain stakeholders to interact with world tea leaders and technology experts, tea industry experts, researchers and scholars, commodity traders, tea brokers, tea value adders & blenders and other inputs suppliers among others.

Latest trends and tea products are showcased by different exhibitors from all over the world and provide one-on-one interaction with the global tea industry.
