Call for Applications – SCAJ 2026 Participation

NAEB is supporting Rwandan coffee exporters to participate in the Specialty Coffee Association of Japan (SCAJ) Conference and Exhibition 2026, It is one of biggest specialty coffee event globally that brings together coffee buyers, roasters and producers from all over the world.

This year, SCAJ will be held in Tokyo, Japan from 14th - 17th October 2026.

The selection criteria are attached for your reference.

Application Guidelines
Coffee exporters must submit their applications through the provided online form. Selection will be made in collaboration with relevant authorities and will be based on the following criteria:

1. A registered as coffee exporter from Rwanda..
2. Demonstrated export experience and sufficient export volumes to Japan or any other international markets.
3. The representative attending must hold a decision-making role, must be able to engage in business negotiations.
4. Exporters will be responsible for covering their own travel-related expenses, including flights and accommodation.
5. Availability of marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, and business cards.
6. Ability to provide quality samples approved by NAEB laboratories prior to shipment.
