NAEB, RDB, PSF with support of the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Kingdom of Morocco are planning to participate in the Marrakesh Coffee and Tea Festival 2025, scheduled to take place from 1st to 3rd Nov 2025. We are pleased to invite the Rwandan interested coffee and tea exporters to register, and the deadline will be on 30th September 2025.
The selection criteria are attached for your reference.
Coffee and tea exporters must submit their applications through the provided online form. Selection will be made in collaboration with relevant authorities and will be based on the following criteria:
1. Must be a registered coffee and tea exporter from Rwanda.
2. Demonstrated export experience and sufficient export volumes to international markets.
3. The representative attending must hold a decision-making role and be able to engage in business negotiations.
4. Exporters will be responsible for covering their own travel-related expenses, including flights and accommodation.
5. Availability of marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, and business cards.
